Mykill started his musical stint as a guitarist and front man in a punk band in the 90s, eventually swapping his electric guitar for a pair of turn tables and a mixer.Working hard and putting in the years to finally establishing his name as an original DJ, show-man and crowd pleaser. For over 30+ years Mykill has established himself as one of Malta’s top DJ's, with residencies at the biggest venues like Café del Mar, Gianpula, Isle of MTV festival, all major national and international events by Pacha, G7, Malta Tourism Authority and Amsterdam Dance Event.
Mykill is a party DJ, hosting, mcing, hyping & Djing for international corporate gaming events. When he takes over the DJ stand the dance floor ignites immediately, as he delivers track after track, never taking safe bets but simply interacting with his crowd no matter what capacity. You can compare him to your friend putting on your favourite tunes that you love at your private house party. Having a musical background, Mykill loves teaming up with musicians in his set, with carefully rehearsed impromptu solos on top of his mixes accompanied by live musicians.
One of his most popular side projects is Mykill & Brass as he performs with live trumpet, saxophone and percussion.Being one of Malta’s busiest DJ's, he also had the pleasure to play warmup and closing sets with big acts like Fatboy Slim, Disciples, Timmy Trumpet, Lost Frequencies, Jax Jones, Faithless, David Morales, Pete Thong, Claptone, Camelphat, Tiny Tempa, Steve Aioki, Oliver Heldens, The Prodigy, Kungs, Snoop Dogg, Bob Sinclar, Sigala, Jonas Blue, Format B, Duke Dumont, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii, Casius, Roger Sanchez, Sam Feldt, Gamber & Dadoni, Don Diablo, Akon, Maroon 5, Black Eyed Peas, and Pharrell Williams to name a few
