MYKILL'S CAREER
Mykill began his musical career as a guitarist and frontman in a band in the 1990s, before moving from an electric guitar to turntables and a mixer. He has been rocking dance floors since 1999, developing his style as a DJ, host and entertainer.
His career has taken him to venues and events including Café del Mar, Gianpula and Isle of MTV, alongside events associated with Pacha, G7, the Malta Tourism Authority and Amsterdam Dance Event.
Mykill is a Malta-based party DJ and host for weddings, private celebrations and international corporate and gaming events. He reads the crowd, mixes familiar favourites with dance-floor tracks, and keeps the music connected to the occasion.
With a background in live music, Mykill also performs alongside musicians, combining DJ mixes with live instrumental performances.
Mykill & Brass combines his DJ sets with live trumpet, saxophone and percussion.
Mykill has played warm-up and closing sets alongside artists including Fatboy Slim, Disciples, Timmy Trumpet, Lost Frequencies, Jax Jones, Faithless, David Morales, Pete Tong, Claptone, CamelPhat, Tinie Tempah, Steve Aoki, Oliver Heldens, The Prodigy, Kungs, Snoop Dogg, Bob Sinclar, Sigala, Jonas Blue, Format:B, Duke Dumont, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii, Cassius, Roger Sanchez, Sam Feldt, GAMPER & DADONI, Don Diablo, Akon, Maroon 5, Black Eyed Peas and Pharrell Williams.
